The stainless steel sintered fiber felt filter cartridge is designed for demanding high-temperature, high-pressure, and corrosive filtration applications where mechanical strength, durability, and stable filtration performance are essential.
It is made with sintered stainless steel fiber felt as the filter media and a stainless steel inner support core to provide strong structural stability and uniform pore distribution. For applications with higher pressure or more severe operating conditions, an outer support cage can also be added to improve pressure resistance and extend service life.
Thanks to its all-metal construction without adhesives or binders, this filter cartridge offers excellent resistance to high temperature, pressure, corrosion, and thermal shock. It is suitable for continuous operation, repeated cleaning, backwashing, and chemical cleaning, making it a reliable choice for harsh industrial filtration processes.
Filter length, diameter, micron rating, end caps, and connection types can be customized according to application requirements. OEM and replacement designs are available.
