The PLX series filter cartridge is engineered using textile fibers—including polypropylene, absorbent cotton, or glass fiber—manufactured through a specialized winding process. These fibers are tightly wound around a porous framework constructed from either polypropylene (PP) or stainless steel (SS) porous tubes.
This unique manufacturing process creates a honeycomb filtration structure characterized by sparse outer layers and dense inner layers, providing exceptional filtration performance for industrial applications.
