A pharmaceutical manufacturer in Malaysia was producing syrup products on multiple production lines under local GMP requirements. The customer found Pullner Filtration through online research and was looking for a more economical and stable filtration solution to replace their existing disposable filter cartridges.
The customer’s syrup filtration process operated at below 30℃, using several filter housings across different production lines.
Previously, they used disposable PP filter cartridges. According to their internal SOP, each opened filter cartridge could only be used for 30 days, a maximum of 9 batches, or up to 12 hours after cleaning completion.
